Additional rights for California residents under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA.
We do not sell or share your personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
Categories we collect
- Identifiers — name, postal address, email, phone number, and where required for an application, Social Security or Medicare number.
- Personal records — information such as payment details required by a carrier.
- Protected classifications — age, and where relevant to eligibility, disability status.
- Commercial information — the coverage you hold or have applied for.
- Internet activity — pages visited on this site.
- Sensitive personal information — Social Security or Medicare number and health information, used only to place and service coverage and never for inferring characteristics about you.

Your rights
- Know what we have collected about you and why.
- Delete what we hold, except where we are required to keep it — insurance and tax record-keeping obligations often apply.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Limit our use of sensitive personal information. We already limit it to placing and servicing your coverage.
- Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share, so there is nothing to opt out of.
- Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Email info@abginsuranceagency.com or call 1-888-804-6464 (TTY 711). We will verify your identity before acting, which usually means confirming details we already hold. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission.
